Asus ZenFone 3S Max With 5000 mAh Battery, Android 7.0 Nougat Launched

Asus has launched ZenFone 3S Max smartphone in India on Tuesday. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 14,999 and will be available both offline and online retail channels. It comes in Black and Gold colour variants.


The highlights of the Asus ZenFone 3S Max is its 5000mAh battery that’s rated to deliver up to 3 days of normal usage, and is coupled with a reverse charging feature that allows the handset to be used as a power bank.

Asus Zenfone 3s Max features a 5.2-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution with 2.5D curved glass. Asus Zenfone 3s Max has a metal-unibody design. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz 64-bit Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 processor coupled with Mali T860 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage that’s expandable storage via microSD card (up to 2TB) in a hybrid dual-SIM design.

Asus Zenfone 3s Max sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and Dual LED flash whereas we also get an 8-megapixel 85 degrees wide-angle lens features include HDR, low-light mode, and beautification mode. Rear camera of the ZenFone 3S Max features include super resolution mode, low-light mode, panoramic mode, backlight HDR mode, and beautification mode.

The fingerprint scanner is embedded inside the home button on the front. The smartphone runs on ZenUI 3.0-based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, 4G with VoLTE and microUSB which also supports reverse charging. The device is 8.85mm thick and weighs at 175 grams.
